We collect information you provide directly: name, email address, biography, genre preferences, and audio files submitted through the platform. We also collect usage data including submission history and activity logs.
We use your information to operate the platform, process submissions, send transactional emails, and communicate with label partners on your behalf regarding submitted tracks.
Uploaded tracks are stored securely on Cloudflare R2. Files may be shared with label partners and music supervisors for the purpose of evaluation and placement. We do not sell or license your audio files to any party other than in connection with a placement facilitated through the platform.
By creating an account you consent to receiving transactional emails related to your account, submissions, and brief updates. You may contact us to opt out of non-transactional communications.
We use the following third-party services to operate the platform: Supabase (database and authentication), Cloudflare R2 (file storage), and Resend (email delivery). Each service operates under its own privacy policy.
We retain your account data and submission history for as long as your account is active. You may request account deletion by contacting tommy@revemusic.com. Audio files associated with active submissions may be retained for the duration of the exclusivity window.
As a Canadian-operated platform we comply with the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA). You have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal information. To exercise these rights contact tommy@revemusic.com.
